All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If an item is received in a damaged or faulty condition, it is eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery.
To request an exchange for a damaged product, please contact our customer care at 0324 4444906 or 0309 7772664 within the given time frame.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. If returned items are found to be damaged during return transit, they will be sent back to the customer.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or "not liking the product."
